Rental application process
- Prospective tenant fills out an application form HERE
- Tenant contacts landlord to schedule a viewing (next viewing TBA)
- Landlord completes credit/tenancy check
- Landlord completes background/criminal check
- Landlord checks tenant's income/employment references
If tenant is selected at this point:
- Tenant completes a drug test. Instructions HERE. Please make sure the recipient of the result is your landlord
- Tenant and landlord sign Tenancy Agreement (sample found HERE), and Body Corporate rules (HERE)
- Tenant pays bond and first week of rent. Tenant signs Automatic payment authority sheet.
- Tenant registers with the Building Management (HERE), and organises move-in (instructions HERE, and ActiveHub mobile app instructions HERE)
- Tenant/Landlord complete inspection of unit and tenant takes possession of key(s)/swipe card(s)
